Normally when you try to access the payment history of your credit card account with SBI. You will be shown the data for the last 6 months in the SBI Card app. But if you wish to view the history of last 24 months till date. Then you should follow the official website method.
Methods to View Payment History of SBI Card

Using the Official App of SBI Card
- Download and Install the official mobile app of the SBI Card.
- Open the app and login into your account.
- Select your credit card if you have multiple cards in your account.
- Tap on “Account Details”.
- Select “Payment History” in the Account Details section of the app.
- The payment history for the last 6 months will be displayed to you.
Using the Official Website of SBI Card
- Visit the official website of SBI Card.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Enter your account details and proceed with the login process.
- Choose your card from the “My Cards” section. (if you have multiple cards)
- Click on “My Accounts”.
- Select “Payment History”.
- Select the time period and click on the “Go” button.
- All the payments that you made for your credit card account will be displayed to you.

You can view the payment history for the last 24 months. If you wish to view older than 24 months then I don’t think you can do anything without the help of customer care. So you can give them a call and ask for help.
