Methods to Check the Status of the Disputed Transaction

Using the Official App of SBI Card
- Download and Install the official mobile banking app of SBI Card.
- Open the app after installation.
- Enter your account details and login into your account.
- If you have the app installed already then login with the help of MPIN or Fingerprint.
- Tap on “Settings” in the dashboard.
- Select “Services” from the settings menu.
- Select “Track Disputed Transactions” from the services menu.
- Choose the dispute from the list to view the current status.
Using Official Website of SBI Card
- Visit the official website of SBI Card using your desktop or laptop computer.
- Click on the “Login” button in the top menu bar.
- Enter your account details and proceed with the login process.
- Click on “Services” from “My Dashboard”.
- Now select “Track Dispute” from the list of services.
- Select your card from the drop-down menu. (if you have multiple cards)
- Transaction disputes raised within the last year will be displayed in front of you along with the current status.
