Most people think that the customer ID and the account number are one and the same. But this is not true. Just like the account number the Customer ID is also unique for every customer.

The Customer ID of one customer or account holder is never the same as the other. This unique number is used for a number of purposes.

Both the methods are online and there is no offline method to find your Customer ID.

Using the Account Details section of the Jupiter Money App

1. Open the Jupiter Money app.
2. Enter your account details and login into your account.
3. Tap on “Settings” in the left upper corner of the app interface.
4. Select “Account Details” from settings.
5. Scroll and look for “Account Number” it will be mentioned under the “Jupiter Account Section”.

Using the Help Section of the Jupiter Money App

1. Open the Jupiter Money app and login into your account.
2. Tap on “Help” in the right bottom corner of the app.
3. Type “Customer ID” in the chatbox and send the message.
4. Choose the “Chat with Expert” option.
5. You will be connected with a support executive who will help you out to find your ID.
