IndusInd Bank is one of the best private banks that are operating in India. And I have an account with them so far I have not faced any big issues with the account. But whenever I faced any small issues, the customer support team was very efficient and helpful in solving my issues. And in case you are facing any issues then you can create new service request in IndusInd Bank.
Basically, when you create a new request the support team of the bank will read your request. And when we submit a written request it is easy for the support team to understand the same as well. While you are creating a new request you should make sure of two things. The first one is the subject should be very clear. And the second thing is you need to explain the problem being faced in an understandable language.
