Calling Customer Care
- Call the customer care of the bank on their toll-free number: 18002588181.
- Select the language in which you would like to interact. (Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Hindi, Press 3 for Bengali)
- Press 1 to report lost or stolen ATM Card.
- From the next menu Press 1 to permanently block your lost card or Press 2 to block the card temporarily.
- Your card will be blocked as per your choice. (Permanently or Temporarily)
Visiting Home Branch
- Visit the home branch of your Bandhan Bank from where you manage your bank account.
- Find the counter dealing with the ATM Card or Debit Card services.
- Tell the bank official in the counter that you have lost your card.
- The bank official will help you out to block the card instantly.
Conclusion
You can even block the card for a temporary period of time and later you can unblock the same. But if you feel you will never get back your card then you should block it permanently. And make sure that you never share your details like username, password, ATM PIN number, and OTP with anyone.
