When you open an account you get a lot of details that are very important, such as your account number, IFSC code, etc. Just like that customer ID is also an essential detail of your account.
Many people think that the Customer ID is the same as their account number. But this is not true. These two are different things.
Just like a bank account number, a customer ID is also unique for each customer of Freo Save or Equitas Small Finance. If you don’t already know then let me tell you that your Freo Save account is opened in association with Equitas Small Finance Bank.
- Open the Freo Save app on your smartphone.
- Login into the app by entering your passcode or by using biometric login.
- Tap on the three lines on the left top corner of the app interface.
- Now tap on your name and then tap on the account info tab.
- Your Freo Save Customer ID will be mentioned just below your IFSC Code in the account info tab.
This is how simple it is to find out your Customer ID. But you have to make sure that you never share any sensitive details of your bank account with anyone. And no one from Freo or Equitas Small Finance Bank will ever contact you asking for your PIN or Password.
