When Will I Receive my Fi Money Debit Card?
Most of the customers will get the Fi Money Debit Card delivered to their address within 10 working days.
Is there a Way to Track the Deliver?
Yes, you can track the current status of your Fi Money debit card delivery. This can be easily done with the help of the Fi Money app itself.
There is no need to call customer care or chat with customer care. All you need to have is the official application installed on your smartphone.
And along with that, you’ll need access to your account. If you have these two things with you then you can track the delivery of your card within 2 minutes.
- Open the Fi Money App.
- Login to your account.
- Tap on the debit card icon in the upper left corner of the user interface.
- Now tap on View Details to track the current delivery status of your debit card.
There are two identical options and they are “Card Details” and “View Details”. In order to track the delivery, you should tap on the “View Details” option.
Once your card is dispatched by Fi Money the name of the courier partner and your tracking ID will be given to you. You can visit the website of the courier partner to track the movement.
