There is no need of calling customer care or visit any branch of SBI to get this done. All you need is access to your SBI Card account. Here what I mean by access is you should be able to login into the official app or the official website of the company.
Methods to Change PIN of SBI Credit Cards
There are two methods to do this. You can choose any one method and follow the instructions.
Using SBI Card App
- Download and install the official app of the SBI Card.
- Open the app after installation.
- Login to your account.
- Tap on “Settings”.
- Select “Manage Card PIN” from the settings menu.
- Select your card from the drop-down menu. (if you have multiple cards)
- Tap on the “Generate OTP” button. (OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number)
- Enter the OTP and enter your new PIN.
- Re-enter your new PIN and tap on the “Submit” button.
The SBI Card app is available for both Android and iOS users. While installing the app make sure that you are installing it from the official sources only. If you have not received the OTP then you can tap on the “Resend OTP” button.
Using Official Website of SBI Card
- Visit the official website of SBI Card.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Enter your account details and proceed with the login process.
- Click on “My Accounts”.
- Select “Manage PIN”.
- Choose the credit card whose PIN you want to change.
- Enter the OTP that you have received on your registered mobile number.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Re-enter your new PIN and tap on the “Submit” button.
