Managing money is very easy with banks in India. When you open a new bank account you get access to a range of services like IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS. But in order to transfer money from your account to another you need to add the receiver’s account as a beneficiary. In this guide, I will explain to you how you can add a new beneficiary account in Equitas SFB.
During the process, I will be using the internet banking portal of the bank to explain to you. So in order to use the same process make sure that you are registered to use the internet banking services of the bank. If not then don’t worry as you can register yourself from the official website of the bank. (use the New User option)
- Open the official website of Equitas Small Finance Bank.
- Click on the Login button, and choose personal or business based on your bank account type.
- Enter your User ID, and Password, solve the captcha and click on the login button.
- Click on Transfers and select Add Beneficiary.
- Choose between the same bank or other banks.
- Enter the beneficiary account details like name and nickname.
- Select the type of beneficiary account using the drop-down menu. (Saving, current, overdraft, etc.)
- Now enter the account number, confirm the same, IFSC Code, and choose the preferred mode of transfer. (NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS)
- Enter the beneficiary’s mobile number and email address. (optional details)
- Click on the confirm button, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and you are done adding a new beneficiary account to your Equitas SFB internet banking account.
